The DEN set top box (hereinafter ‘STB’), give under DEN scheme, is not sold by DEN to the Subscriber. The STB shall at all times remain the exclusive property of DEN. Subscriber is not authorised to sell, transfer, lease, encumber, pledge, assign or otherwise deal with all or part of the STB which is in his/her possession. Subscriber undertakes to use the STB strictly in accordance with the Manual for use prodded along with the STB. Any damage caused due to non-adherence to instructions will be at the sole responsibility of the subscriber. In the eventuality of expiration or termination of a subscriber account with DEN for any reason whatsoever, subscriber undertakes to return the STB to DEN in full working condition. Subscriber authorizes DEN to retrieve STB from Subscriber's premises. If the Subscriber moves/relocates during the term of service, subscriber shall return STB to DEN forthwith.

The DEN HD Set Top Box (hereinafter ‘HD–STB’), give under DEN scheme, is not sold by DEN to the Subscriber. The HD–STB shall at all times remain the exclusive property of DEN. Subscriber is not authorised to sell, transfer, lease, encumber, pledge, assign or otherwise deal with all or part of the HD–STB which is in his/her possession . Subscriber undertakes to use the HD–STB strictly in accordance with the Manual for use, provided along with the HD–STB. Any damage caused due to non-adherence to instructions will be at the sole responsibility of the subscriber. In the eventuality of expiration or termination of a subscriber account with DEN for any reason whatsoever Subscriber undertakes to return the HD-STB along with its Remote Control Unit, Power Adaptor and HDMI/AV cable in full working condition to DEN in full working condition. Subscriber authorizes DEN to retrieve HD-STB along with all accessories from Subscriber’s premises. If the Subscriber moves/relocates during the term of service, subscriber shall return HD-STB along with all accessories to DEN forthwith.
