A DEN representative will call you back within 72 hours of your request to coordinate the delivery of the DEN Digital Set Top Box to your home.
Your local cable operator will:
Install the Set Top Box at your home
Provisionally activate the Set Top Box
Demonstrate how to use the Set Top Box and the Remote Control
Upon installation, fill your details in the Consumer Application Form or CAF provided by your Local Cable Operator. This will ensure uninterrupted services to your Set Top Box
After activation you will receive a message on your TV informing you about your Unique Account Number.
Just select 'Account' key on the remote when you see the yellow envelope icon on your TV.
